Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in the Old Town Peoria District
85th Avenue between Grand & Peoria.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, we have private parking in front of the shop which is on the north side of the building. Enter off of 85th Ave

Q: What is your Age Verification & Identification policy?
A: All clients are required to prove they are at least 18 years of age at the time of their procedure. You must have a State Issued Photo ID (driver’s license/permit, non-driver ID, passport, military ID, etc).

Q: What is your ID policy for piercing & tattooing minors?
A: ALL MINORS MUST be accompanied by their parent and or guardian at all times. Documentation is double checked and verified immediately upon arrival for ALL Minors & their guardian. 
*Examples of identification include – government issued photo ID, drivers license, drivers permit, passport, non driver ID card, military ID.
*Mad Tatter Kustoms will not tattoo/pierce a minor without the presence and proper documentation.
*State issued or other bonafide forms verifying legal guardianship (birth certificate, court or state issued guardianship papers)
Note: Jewelry changes for a minor require the same IDs as piercing services. 

Q: Do you pierce children’s earlobes
A: Yes, ONLY with proper identification and parent guardian present. We do offer earlobe piercing for children at any age. Please note all minor ear piercings & piercings are ONLY done after a consultation is done prior to the appointment. In most cases appointments can be the same day.

Q: Do you offer cosmetic tattooing or permanent make-up?
A: Yes we do, by appointment only.

Q: How do I get an appointment for a tattoo?
A: Call or stop in the shop is the easiest and quickest way! However, Some tattoos will require a consultation and deposit before the appointment can be scheduled. A deposit is typically required in order to book a tattoo appointment that will be longer than 1 hour and require lengthy drawing times. Consultations are always free!

Q: How do I go about booking a tattoo consultation and/or having a tattoo drawn?
A: If you’re the type of client that wants to sit down and go over the details of your piece before your appointment then definitely the best way to go about it would be to call or email and set up a consultation. Consultations are always free and typically last about 15-30 minutes. Feel free to email any pictures or reference material that will help explain what your vision and expectations are. Our staff can take your ideas or drawings and incorporate them into a one of a kind custom tattoo that was designed just for you. Commonly, before drawing can begin, a client must book their tattoo appointment and leave a deposit. *Drawing priority must be given to clients with deposits down for an appointment before any other drawings can be worked on. Due to increased demand your custom tattoo drawing may not be ready until the day of your appointment.
